Which Video Game System Should I Get (Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii)?

I don't want to play any violent games, but I do want fun games to play. I also would like to use my system to play dvds, but I understand that the Wii has a lot of fun games to play. So I am not sure which one I should get between the Xbox 360, PS3, or Nintendo Wii.

I want to get my money's worth for which ever system I get. I enjoy playing Sports games (mainly Madden), racing games, RPGs, and Street Fighter (capcom type) games.
And although, I have internet access, I will not be paying for any online service to play games.

You should go to a good video game store such as Game Stop or Game Crazy, or a large electronics store like Best Buy, and take a look at the games that are available for each of the systems you are interested in. Which system plays the games you are most interested in playing? The game system that will provide the most entertainment for you is the one you should buy. Popularity and great graphics are useless if you don't like the games. - LJS

I have been looking at buying to games but i dont no what one i should get my first choice is SWAT 4 PC or SWAT: Global Strike Team PS2 please tell me whats better and why or even a website

omg dont get global strike team, its horrible
if you have a good pc that could run swat 4, definitely get that... but if not i guess your going to have to settle for global strike team

America's Test Kitchen: Let's Get Cooking Review

This is an interactive cookbook that will walk you through the steps of 300 new recipes that weren't in Cooking. While it borrows the name of the "America's Test Kitchen" TV show, this was likely just to piggy back on its brand recognition because this software doesn't have much to do with it and host Christopher Kimball is nowhere to be found. The interface and voice that walks you through recipes are identical to Personal Trainer: Cooking. Those aren't complaints, though: this is another fantastic value that comes highly recommended to anyone who could use some help in the kitchen.

Note that this is not a game. America's Test Kitchen is a multimedia cookbook that offers more help and advice than your typical recipe compendium. Three hundred North American dishes are on offer, sorted into categories like "appetizers," "salads," and "fish." You can search by ingredients or certain requirements like difficulty or calories. The software will also pay attention to your Nintendo DS' calendar and recommend suitable recipes when holidays like Easter and Cinco de Mayo are approaching.

America's Test Kitchen is designed to be a cooking tool the whole family can use. Each member of the household can create a profile and recipe steps can be divided among several people. The software notes each person's age and won't assign the potato chopping to a five-year old.

Once you've selected a recipe you have two options for navigation: touch screen or voice command. Both options work well so it's really just a matter of personal preference. A chef's voice will speak each step to you and the speed of his reading can be adjusted in the Settings menu. While preparing a recipe you'll encounter helpful tips and tutorial videos that will go into more detail for a particular step. There are a lot of nice little bells and whistles like that, making this one of the best cookbooks around.

I'm not a good cook, but I can follow directions and use the DS. With America's Test Kitchen: Let's Get Cooking I've successfully made bruschetta, black bean salad, and beef goulash, and they all tasted great. Twenty bucks is a cool price for 300 recipes complete with video tutorials. The traditional cookbook seems quaint in comparison.

I heard from a website on the Internet, that the game Elite Beat Agents for Nintendo DS is like the game Dance Dance Revolution.
Is this true?

In which ways are they different?
Would I be better off buying DDR the tv plug in game instead?

I really love DDR, but i don't have the game console for it.
So I'm looking for something similar, or close to the game.
Any suggestions?
